Meet Moddy The Chatbot AI

When I was assigned a freelance position at D-lab, I had the opportunity to create my first early alpha advanced chatbot. D-lab, a software review site, needed a 24/7 AI agent that could monitor customer issues on their website, engage users, and streamline interactions. I was onboarded and given the chance to bring this vision to life, and that’s how Moddy was born—a project I’m proud to share.
